本中心目前所提供之電子郵件服務,具備病毒過濾功能,有效阻絕病毒蔓延,進而提供迅速有效率之溝通管道為避免漏失重要訊息,請務必隨時閱讀電子郵件。

NTU Mail Service have the capability to block viruses, and a speedy and efficient channel of communication is provided.

全校學生、校友、教職員工、醫院員工。
使用規定
使用應遵守「國立臺灣大學校園網路使用規範」、教育部「臺灣學術網路管理規範」以及國家所制訂之各式法律規章。如有違反下列規定者並未有效改善,本中心有權逕行終止服務,未來不再接受使用。

Service objects
All students, alumni, faculty, and hospital staff
Terms of use
Use should comply with the "National Taiwan University Campus Network Usage Regulations", the Ministry of Education's "Taiwan Academic Network Management Regulations" and various laws and regulations formulated by the country. If anyone who violates the following regulations has not effectively improved, the center has the right to terminate the service and will no longer accept use in the future.

National Taiwan University Regulations-Computer and Information Network Center
  • 學生畢業後帳號自動轉為校友身分,無需額外申請。
  • 教職員工、醫院員工帳號退休後終身保留。
  • 醫院員工、校友帳號需定期收信避免遭閒置原因刪除。
  • 若校友、在職醫院員工帳號被刪除得重新申請。
  • 單位帳號若單位裁撤自動刪除,另如原保管人轉調、離職請務必申請保管人變更。
  • 計畫帳號每年需重新申請續用,另如原保管人轉調、離職請務必申請保管人變更。
  • After graduation, student accounts are automatically converted to alumni status without the need for additional application.
  • Faculty and hospital staff accounts are retained for life after retirement.
  • Hospital staff and alumni accounts need to regularly check and receive emails to avoid deletion due to inactivity.
  • If the accounts of alumni or active hospital employees are deleted, they must reapply.
  • If a unit is disbanded, unit accounts are automatically deleted. Additionally, in cases where the original custodian is transferred or resigns, it is essential to apply for a custodian change.
  • Project accounts need to be reapplied for annually for renewal. Furthermore, in cases where the original custodian is transferred or resigns, it is imperative to apply for a custodian change.
