- 學生畢業後帳號自動轉為校友身分,無需額外申請。
- 教職員工、醫院員工帳號退休後終身保留。
- 醫院員工、校友帳號需定期收信避免遭閒置原因刪除。
- 若校友、在職醫院員工帳號被刪除得重新申請。
- 單位帳號若單位裁撤自動刪除,另如原保管人轉調、離職請務必申請保管人變更。
- 計畫帳號每年需重新申請續用,另如原保管人轉調、離職請務必申請保管人變更。
- After graduation, student accounts are automatically converted to alumni status without the need for additional application.
- Faculty and hospital staff accounts are retained for life after retirement.
- Hospital staff and alumni accounts need to regularly check and receive emails to avoid deletion due to inactivity.
